We exclusively use premium Arabica beans grown at high altitudes from renowned coffee-producing regions such as Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala. Every bean is roasted in our local Niigata facility, guided by expert roasters who carefully control temperature and timing to unlock the beans’ full flavor potential.
Our roasting profile leans toward medium to medium-dark, enhancing complexity without sacrificing balance. Through multiple rounds of cupping, we ensure each batch delivers vibrant acidity, silky body, and a lingering finish.
